Primary Care
Our providers have extensive knowledge and experience in diagnosing and treating complex conditions. We provide a stigma-free environment promoting holistic care with same day appointments often available. We provide fully integrated services including; primary care, psychiatric services, behavioral health, women's health, weight loss, and sick visits. Our new weight loss management program offers individualized, tailored plans designed to meet your weight loss needs.
Behavioral Health
Counselors are specialists in behavioral intervention and substance use treatments Crisis Line: 828-217-3922. We are committed to empowering clients to succeed in daily life and are trained to help people put their lives back on track. We accept DWI, court, family, self, doctor, social worker and probation referrals. We have a commitment to work with people who desire help with addiction and substance use issues. Many of our substance use services are paid for by grants. For services not covered by grants, we offer a sliding scale fee and will set up a payment schedule.
Adolescent
We offer individual and family counseling as needed and have several counselors who are trained to help young people who have a mental health or substance use diagnosis put their lives back on track. We provide these adolescent services (ages 12-17): PAYC Parent And Youth Connection, STEP Program (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting) and 18B and Underage Drinking Violations.
